The P-170L can have an Intel® 2 Duo 2.0-GHz processor, 2048-MB of memory, a 320GB hard drive and a 17" WXGA+ display. Gateway offers slot-load optical drives, including a multi-format dual-layer DVD burner. You've a choice of a Realtek 802.11b/g or an Intel® 802.11a/b/g/draft-n, Wireless LAN for hotspot connectivity. The P-170X model has a 1.46 CPU, and 160-GB hard drive. Both come with a 1.3-MP webcam.
