The Pouch Carrying Case and the ICOM IC-91A and IC-91AD HT Radio
The Icom IC-91 handheld amateur transceiver comes in two flavors: The IC-91AD, for analog and D-Star Digital voice and data and IC-91A for analog mode, but upgradeable to digital communications, as soon as you want to step up to D-Star voice and data and auto reply message. Plus, you can work DX via D-Star repeaters.
This is a 5-watt 2-Meter and 7O-CM HT in either configuration, IC-91A or IC-91AD. It has a super-wide frequency receiver - from 495 kilohertz to 999.990 megahetz. Both models, IC-91A and IC-91AD, can store 1300 alphanumeric memories
The IC-91AD also is able to record 30 seconds of incoming audio, either all at once or 15 seconds in two memory slots or 10 second message stored in 3 memory slots. It can play a ten-second recorded message in response to a call directed to your call-sign.
A great feature: With the optional GPS attachment, the IC-91AD can send your and other people's positions.
