This handheld reader, 8 1/2" by 6 1/8" by 5/8" can store an entire library of books, documents, news and personal notes. It's the iLiad Reader from iRex. It stores 64-MB of RAM and has 224-MB of Flash Memory. It supports both CD and CF media in expansion slots, so there's really no end to the material available for the iRex Iliad Reader. For its size, it is speedy - running an Intel® 400-Mhz Xscale™ processor.
