Protective Carrying Cases for Magellan eXplorist GPS Receivers
The Pouch, Inc. - An independent carrying case company, has designed a special line of extra-protective carrying cases for Magellan eXplorist GPS receivers. The Pouch carrying case is not excelled - for cushioning all eXplorist GPS receivers against dings, drops and dirt - and for beating back bad weather. The top flap is secured with a big Velcro strip, and a strong, sturdy, locking buckle on the back is your best insurance against loss.

We do not make generic cases. Each is custom-designed to fit the various eXplorist GPS receivers like an expensive glove. That alone help hold the eXplorist in the Pouch. Neoprene, with the additional padding in all of our cases, is naturally cushiony and it's non- abrasive. Other materials do not like wet weather and often all of the printing near controls is soon erased by ballistic nylon. Clear plastic soon gets scratched and cloudy.
There is a special model Pouch protective case made to fit the dimensions of the new Magellan eXplorist XL North America with outside dimensions of 6.4 by 2.9 by 1.33-inches. Another Pouch case fits Magellan eXplorist models 100, 200, 210, 300, 400, 500 and 600, for North America, as well as eXplorist 500LE which also has maps for Europe. There's a sturdy spear-in locking buckle on the back of the Standard Model Pouch for the Magellan eXplorist receivers. It will lock The Pouch securely onto a belt or purse strap. If you do prefer a belt clip, we will attach a high-quality, spring-steel clip instead, for $1.00.
