This review of the WinBook Si2 700 notebook  is posted by The Pouch, Inc., an independent maker of form-fit carrying cases for computers.  The WinBook Si2 700 model is a fully-integrated notebook, beginning with Intel® Pentium II® with Speedstep®, affording up to 700-MHz, with memory choice of 128 or 256-MB of SDRAM.  The 14.1-inch XGA active-matrix display on the Si2 700 is driven by a chipset with 8MB of SDRAM and the three-spindle design offers 12-GB of hard drive, 8X DVD and floppy drives.
