Maximum memory is 4-GB. Our choice for an optical drive would be the HP LightScribe™ super multi DVD burner with double-layer support. The choices for wireless communications for the tx2000z are extensive, and include an 802.11 /b/g/n wireless LAN with or without Bluetooth® plus the option of going for service from Verizon Wireless for wide-area, broadband coverage. The Pavilion tx2000z has a fingerprint reader and can come with an optional integrated webcam.
